The colors ~ the shapes, the history! But the one sad thing about vintage glassware is that it can break. No matter how careful you are, it does sometimes just happen. So, as a lover of Jadeite and other vintage glass (and as a glass artist), I found myself with a few broken pieces and figured out a way to repurpose them. Now I just need MORE broken glass! LOL

So, if you have broken Jadeite (or other colorful vintage glass), we might work out a trade. Here's what I can offer ~
$5 per pound in trade credit for usable glass** you ship to me,
and trade credit for your shipping.
ALL GLASS MUST BE SENT IN USPS FLAT RATE BOXES
(if you have more than will fit into a large flat rate box,
please contact me before you ship!).
I've based this offer on what I pay for broken jadeite from a dealer.
Your trade credit is good toward anything on my website.
I don't currently have any jadeite jewelry for sale, but I'm working on it!
If you want to trade glass scraps for jadeite jewelry, you'll be FIRST in line
when finished pieces become available.

**Usable glass needs to be pieces at least 1" square (or bigger) and/or smaller pieces bagged together as the glass from a single original object. This is due to compatibility issues. I can use any glass that is color throughout with no decals or lustres on it. Mixed color objects (multicolored glass) work great!
HOWEVER, I CAN'T MIX BROKEN PIECES FROM DIFFERENT OBJECTS.
Please don't mail me a bag of random mixed bits of glass, I have no way to work with that and I won't give trade credit for it.
